The Factor 55 “E” Expert is another variation of the foldable Flatlink winch shackle mount. This shackle mount will replace the traditional winch hook and replaces it with a safer, and more secure screw-pin shackle which results in a closed pin shackle operation.
The Expert version of the Flatlink features a larger pear shaped shackle mounting hole which allows for attachment to either the pin, or the bow end of common screw pin shackles.
This Flatlink Expert is anodized in gray for a clean look and protection against corrosion. Peak load for this mount is 42,100lbs, and has been precision machined out of 6000 series aluminum. It fits over most OEM tow hooks, and connects to the pin ends of 7/8” and 1” screw pin shackles.
