All springs are made of ductile iron and are shot-peened for additional strength. By using ductile iron, the Rugged Ridge ORV Leaf Springs keep their memory, eliminating any possibility of future sag. The leaf springs have PTFE inserts to improve ride quality and degree wedges are pre-installed to help rear driveline pinion angle.
